One of the most unique aspects of being human is our ability to tell a story. It is what connects us and drives us forward. I am fascinated what lies in the intersection of media, culture and technology and I believe it to be Storytelling.
I have used this powerful technique to teach kids, to speak at press conferences, to help run student clubs, and most importantly to make fulfilling connections with the people in my life.

Article published in the YDN about my work with Every Voice Connecticut, it discusses the purpose of our bill and the relationship Yale has with our organization.
"Let’s do our best to make sure young students never blame themselves for the sexual violence that they have experienced. We deserve to feel safe and comfortable at the campuses we are on. It is time for Yale to do better and support EVC in what we are advocating for. "
My personal testimony presented at the Higher Ed Committee in CT legislation in support of the EVC bill.
"The Yale administration is dangerously unaware of the privilege that they hold as an elite institution. This bill is supposed to be for every student in the state. The two-year frequency in the campus climate survey accommodates the shifting nature of student bodies at Connecticut’s community colleges and state schools. At community colleges, which primarily grant associate’s degrees on a two year schedule, many students will never be able to take a quadrennial campus climate survey."

“My only time to take the campus climate survey was spring of my freshman year. I wasn’t even fully done with my first year and had more than 75% of my college experience left, yet I only had one chance to fill out the survey. Yale, do you think that’s fair?”
